Travel to Cleveland and first soundcheck under the belt. Tue. August 7th

The day started by me being woken with a beating from a roll of quarters in a sock. "This is not a reunion tour", yelled all the members of the band. I learned my lesson.

Traveled roughly seven hours from Deerfield, Illinois to Cleveland, Ohio. Lots of farm land. Hit a couple oasis's for food and fuel. Found an amazing cocoon with some sort of caterpillar breaking out. Did some sleeping and listened to a couple podcasts and started listening to David Sedaris's, Me Talk Pretty One Day.

Once we arrived in Cleveland we picked up band merchandise and got an awesome tour of Jakprints from Jakob Edwards, owner of an Ohio printer that specializes in custom full-color offset printing, apparel printing, large format printing and sticker production.

After touring the company we met up with Mike Schumacher, who will be accompanying us during the entire tour. He will be doing sound for the band.

We arrived at the Grog Shop around 4pm and the band set up and did a sound check with Mike but not before Bob Nanna did a television interview with a production company out of Pittsburgh.

Everything is ready to go. First show takes place in just a few hours. Talk to you soon!
